We have high demands on our systematic quality work. In practice, this means quality control by measuring various parameters from reception, treatment and the general care of our patients/customers. The results will be presented on this page in the near future.

Quality policy

CK Klinikerna will offer its patients/customers high-quality and safe care with high availability, while competent staff and optimal interpersonal meetings contribute to trust and confidence as well as high patient/customer satisfaction. Patients/customers and relatives will be shown care and respect.

Experiences from deviation management will be used in the preventive risk management work. The unit will take into account suggestions and complaints from patients/customers, relatives and staff. Care will be offered in suitable premises to satisfy the needs of the patients/customers and meet hygienic and medical technical requirements.

Through internal collaboration and good cooperation, CK Klinikerna will be a good and safe employer that offers its staff the opportunity to develop skills while the clinic meets the goals set by the client and lives up to external laws and requirements.

The unit strives to improve its quality work and to be certified according to ISO standard 9001 within the coming years and environment

The design of CK Klinikerna’s quality management system is dependent on the environment in which we operate, the risks associated with our operations and surroundings, our needs and goals, the processes we apply and the size and structure of the organization.

The intention of the quality work is for the unit to be able to offer high-quality and safe care with high availability at the same time as competent staff, and optimal interpersonal meetings contribute to increasing trust and confidence and increase patient/customer satisfaction.

The quality work also aims to provide support and guidance to improve the unit’s work environment while we meet the goals set by the client and live up to external laws and requirements.

A first and important step in the quality work is to structure our way of working and to introduce joint documentation and documentation of instructions, processes and routines. This work is constantly ongoing, we continue to strive for continuous improvements on a daily basis.
